We believe that this is not just about competitionโ€”it is our way of helping our community see and appreciate the true value of responsible journalism, especially in these times when truth is often tested. We hope that these young writers and broadcasters remind us all to stay aware, to seek what is factual, and to become active participants in telling and bearing the truthโ€”not for recognition, but because an informed and honest society begins with each of us.

To our young journalists: You have made us proudโ€”not because you placed, but because you showed up, gave your best, and remained humble in both victory and learning.

Thank you to the Roxas District Schools Press Conference and to everyone who made this journey meaningful.
