QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree in a field related to teaching
-Ability to teach and manage students from pre-school to high school
-Previous teaching or tutoring experience (preferred but not required)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
-Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide one-on-one tutoring to students (regular classes and review sessions)
-Monitor and report on students' progress
-Motivate and encourage students to achieve academic success
