Induction Ceremony is a special occasion that reminds us of the true essence of leadership. It is not simply about stepping into a role, but about accepting the responsibility to guide, to influence, and to serve with dedication. Today, we witness the passing of trust, where individuals are not only recognized for their capabilities but are also entrusted with the mission to uphold values and principles that bind us together as an organization. To be inducted is to be called to action to become a role model, to stand firm in times of challenge, and to lead not only with authority but also with compassion and understanding. May this ceremony serve as a milestone that strengthens our resolve to strive for excellence, to inspire others, and to become true leaders of change in our community.
