Our amazing learners proudly joined No Plastic Wednesday, a meaningful initiative led by our dedicated YES-O Officers! 🌱

By bringing their own lunchboxes for snacks and reusable water tumblers, our pupils are taking simple yet impactful steps to reduce single-use plastic waste and help protect our environment.

Every small action counts. Together, we can build cleaner, greener, and more sustainable habits—one Wednesday at a time! 🌿♻️

🚨 UNANNOUNCED EARTHQUAKE DRILL | July 29, 2026

🛡️ As part of the observance of National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2026, Don Francisco Dinglasan Memorial School successfully conducted an Unannounced Earthquake Drill on July 29, 2026 to assess the school's emergency preparedness and response capabilities.

🫨 Without prior notice, learners, teachers, and school personnel immediately practiced the proper "Duck, Cover, and Hold" procedure, followed by an orderly evacuation to the designated assembly areas. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

📋 The activity strengthened awareness, reinforced safety protocols, and highlighted the importance of remaining calm and prepared during emergencies.

🏫 Through regular drills and continuous disaster preparedness activities, our school remains committed to fostering a culture of safety, resilience, and readiness among all members of the school community.

Don Francisco Dinglasan Memorial School warmly welcomed the visit of our Schools Division Superintendent, Sir Adonis A. Mosquera, who spent valuable time with our school community through a meaningful dialogue with our teachers.

The engagement provided an opportunity for our educators to share their insights, experiences, and concerns while gaining guidance and encouragement from our division leadership. It also reinforced our collective commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and the delivery of quality education for every learner.

🔥 Fire Safety Orientation | July 22, 2026 🔥

On July 22, 2026, Don Francisco Dinglasan Memorial School, in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), successfully conducted a Fire Safety Orientation for its teaching and non-teaching personnel.

The activity enhanced participants' knowledge of fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and the proper use of a fire extinguisher, helping promote a safer and more resilient school community.
