CLARENDON VP FOR ACADEMICS ATTENDS PGCA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
Representing Clarendon College, Ma’am Flerie T. Sucgang, RGC, Vice President for Academics, attended the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association’s 61st National and 26th International Conference at Novotel Manila.
Carrying the theme, “The Global Helping Professional: Images, Realities, Aspirations,” the conference gathered guidance and counseling professionals to discuss current trends and best practices in supporting students and communities.
Her participation reflects Clarendon College’s continuing commitment to academic excellence and student development.

PICPA SOUTHERN TAGALOG REGION ACCOUNTING QUIZ BOWL 2026
The PICPA Southern Tagalog Region Accounting Quiz Bowl was held on May 8, 2026 at Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Calamba, Laguna, sponsored by the PICPA Oriental Mindoro Chapter.
Representing Oriental Mindoro for the Basic Level Category were Joshua R. Salmingo (1st Year) and John Brandon S. Victoriano (2nd Year), accompanied by their coach Richard Vince Depuno, CPA, CMA (U.S.).
The team proudly carried the spirit of academic excellence as they competed alongside participants from different chapters across the region.

A NEW MILESTONE FOR CLARENDON COLLEGE: SOON TO RISE, THE INSTITUTION’S NEW ACADEMIC FACILITY
Today, Clarendon College held the groundbreaking ceremony for its soon-to-rise academic facility—another significant step in the institution’s continued growth and commitment to providing better learning spaces for every Clarendonian.
The ceremony was led by School President Engr. Juanito “Jun” A. Bacay and Vice President for Operations Hon. Lucille “Pangga” T. Bacay, together with the school administrators, college department heads, the staff of the office of the College Registrar headed by Ma'am Cecilia C. Cervatos, and the high school administration headed by Engr. Hazel Palapus.
This new building reflects Clarendon College’s vision to expand opportunities and strengthen its mission of delivering quality education to future generations.

THE NATIONAL PRISAA HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN
The opening of the 2026 National PRISAA Games was held on May 9, 2026 at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City. The Clarendon Owls joined thousands of student-athletes from across the country during the opening ceremony of the National PRISAA 2026 in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
More than 13,000 delegates from 17 regions across the country gathered for this year’s national games, bringing together student-athletes from private schools from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
As they proudly represent Clarendon College, Oriental Mindoro, and the MIMAROPA Region, we wish our athletes the best as they compete with heart and determination.
