You are advised to submit personally your updated School I.D. and Active Landbank ATM account with balance inquiry receipt, placed on one page only and affixed with your original signature (Photocopy, A4 size, 2 copies) at the Office of the Scholarship Coordinator on or before May 14, 2026.
Be sure that your ATM has an existing balance of at least Five Hundred Pesos (P 500.00 for Regular account).

ATTENTION!
To all Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) grantees who graduated in AY 2023, 2024, 2025 , whose programs require a Professional License or Certification, or TES 3B, you may apply for reimbursement of your expenses by submitting the following requirements (ORIGINAL COPY) to the Office of the Scholarship Coordinator, until May 4, 2026.
1. Annex 3 or the Notarized Letter of Intent to Avail TES-3B. (See comment section)
2. Official Receipt form Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) for application or examination fees.
3. Official Receipts from any of the following for allowable expenses:
-Notary Public for notarial fees;
-Review Center for review center fees;
-Insurance Company for insurance premium fees;
-HEI, PSA, BIR, NBI, for the issuance of Transcript of Records, Birth and (if applicable) Marriage Certificate, Documentary Stamps, NBI Clearance, and Certificate of Good Moral Character; and
-Other entities or institutions for expenses necessary to comply with the requirements for licensure examinations.
