The Campus Library is now accepting applications for Library Cards for all students, faculty, and staff for the Academic Year 2025–2026. The Library Card will serve as an official identification for availing library services such as book borrowing, computer use, and access to digital resources.

1 pc. 1x1 ID picture (white background) for Online Applicant
2 pcs. 1x1 ID picture (white background) for Walk-In Applicant
