Dr. Peter Latimar L. Andrada, member of the CAPSU Board of Regents and a distinguished alumnus of the University, served as the keynote speaker during the event. In his message, he looked back on how far the institution has come over the years, emphasizing the improvements it has achieved compared to its earlier condition.
