Multimedia enhances learning by making information clearer, more engaging, and easier to remember through the use of text, images, audio, video, and animation. It helps students understand lessons faster, improves memory retention, and makes complex topics easier to explain. Because multimedia involves more than one sense, it keeps students interested, focused, and motivated to learn.
Our group chose this topic because multimedia is now a big part of students’ daily learning, especially with the use of digital devices, online classes, and educational platforms. We want to raise awareness about how multimedia can help improve learning when used properly, while also reminding students to be responsible and avoid its possible disadvantages such as distraction and overuse. By understanding both its advantages and disadvantages, students can use multimedia as a powerful tool to enhance their knowledge, creativity, and communication skills.
