𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | The FCU National Service Training Program – Civil Welfare Training Service (NSTP-CWTS) held its Recognition, Awarding, and Turnover Ceremony at the FCU Gymnasium on June 17, 2026, marking the culmination of the Academic Year 2025–2026 and honoring the achievements, service, and dedication of its officers and members.

With the Presence of The Executive Director of the Office of Sen. Vicente Sotto III, Mr. Hutch C. Altavas as the guest speaker, who shared insights on overcoming hardships and emphasized the importance of addressing environmental issues and community concerns.

Incumbent officers and organization leaders from various student organizations took the opportunity to express their gratitude and appreciation for the experiences they shared throughout their tenure while encouraging future leaders to uphold the values of service, commitment, and excellence. Among them were Ms. Suzanne Grace Albor Denonong, President of FCU Red Cross Youth – FCU Chapter (RCY-FCU); Mr. Leonel Cedrick P. Titular, the first President of Capiz Echo Youth – FCU Chapter (CEYV-FCU); Ms. Angela Marcelino, Editor-in-Chief of The Green Advocates (TGA) and President of NSTP Clean; Mr. Keanu Ivan Agana, President of Circle K International – FCU Chapter (CKI-FCU); Ms. Aliah Besa, President of FCU Blue Falcons; and Mr. Justin Andrei Arada, President of PAWS of Filamer. Through their messages, they reflected on their journeys in service and expressed their hopes that future leaders would continue to foster compassion, commitment, and excellence while recognizing the invaluable contributions of their members and communities.

The ceremony also marked the retirement of NSTP Coordinator and adviser to several organizations, Sir Adam Jesus Bering, who formally turned over his position to Mrs. Myrla Barolo Manua as the new NSTP Coordinator for the Academic Year 2026–2027 and the years ahead.

Likewise, new advisers were introduced to their respective organizations. Mr. L. Marius P. Alayon was designated as the new adviser of Capiz Echo Youth – FCU Chapter, Circle K International – FCU Chapter, and PAWS of Filamer. Meanwhile, Mrs. Myrla Barolo Manua was appointed adviser of The Green Advocates, Barkada Kontra Droga, and NSTP Clean, while Mrs. Consolacion T. Castro became the new adviser of FCU Red Cross Youth – FCU Chapter.

Emphasizing the essence of servant leadership, Mr. L. Marius P. Alayon shared, “Leadership is not about position; it is about nurturing compassion and inspiring others to serve.”

The ceremony served not only the recognition of achievements and dedicated service but also a transition toward a new chapter as the NSTP-CWTS community welcomed new advisers and looked ahead to the Academic Year 2026–2027.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | The NSTP organizations and their newly elected officers gathered for their official Oath-Taking Ceremony. The event was held at FCU Roblee Hall on October 31. The ceremony aimed to formally induct officers and affirm their commitment to service and leadership.
