The Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) is an annual evaluation conducted by the Reserve Command, Philippine Army to assess ROTC units in colleges and universities across the region. It reviews key areas such as administrative organization, training management, military proficiency, and the overall effectiveness of each unitโs program. Through activities ranging from tactical drills to leadership exercises, RAATI ensures that cadets are equipped to lead with discipline, precision, and a strong sense of duty. It also reflects their dedication and commitment to serving the nation.
More than a routine inspection, RAATI serves as a platform for standardization, aligning ROTC units with the doctrines and policies of the Philippine Army Reserve Command. It examines how units implement training programs, manage records, and uphold military standards, promoting consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all institutions.
At the same time, RAATI fosters camaraderie and encourages healthy competition among participating units. It challenges cadets to perform at their best, recognizing that their results reflect teamwork, discipline, and leadership. Ultimately, it reinforces the core values of service, responsibility, and commitment to national defense.
