The FCU ROTC Unit proudly congratulates 𝟮𝗟𝗧 𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗘 𝗚 𝗚𝗨𝗟𝗔 𝗣𝗔 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝗔𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗛 𝗝𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗦 𝗖 𝗗𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗧 𝗣𝗔, an alumnus of the FCU ROTC Unit, for successfully graduating as a member of the 𝗢𝗖𝗖 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 "𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗕" 𝗖𝗟 𝟬𝟯-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 This achievement reflects his discipline, perseverance, and firm commitment to the principles of public service and leadership.
From his early days as a cadet to earning the rank of 2LT Lieutenant, his journey highlights the value of hard work and dedication. He has consistently demonstrated the core values of integrity, honor, and excellence, principles strengthened through his ROTC training and carried forward into his professional path.

The 6RCDG Camp General Adriano Hernandez in Di**le, Iloilo served as the training venue for Basic and Advanced Cadet Officers.

The Advanced ROTC Academic Phase Training for MS 41–42 commenced on June 1, 2026. On June 14, 2026, the RSCT officially opened, and the ARAPT MS 41–42 concluded with the theme, "𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀." The Advanced Cadet Officers graduated on this date.

The Basic Cadet Officers under ARAPT MS 31–32 graduated on July 11, 2026.

Congratulations to all RSCT and ARAPT MS 31–32 and MS 41–42 graduates. Your hard work, discipline, and perseverance have brought you this far. Continue to serve with honor, lead with integrity, and strive for excellence. We are proud of you.

The FCU ROTC Unit, under the guidance of CPT ROGER C IBAÑEZ PA (RES), Commandant, and Sgt Jordam D Leoro (Inf) PA, Admin NCO, along with our dedicated Advanced and Basic Officers, proudly served as Color Guards for this important milestone ceremony at Filamer Christian University, Inc. (FCU), 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 at the FCU Gym.

Centered around this year's inspiring theme, “Theme: "Beyond Challenges: Opportunities for FCU Graduates", the ceremony underscored that true success is built on a foundation of knowledge, integrity, responsibility, and a commitment to service.

Our ROTC Officers were honored to stand by the graduates, celebrating their hard work and supporting them as they transition into the next exciting chapter. Congratulations to the entire graduating class. May you always lead with heart, expertise, and clear purpose.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗙𝗖𝗨 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 & 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 -𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The Graduation of Basic and Advance Cadets was held in FCU Gym and it began with the Entrance of Colors. Thereafter, we were greeted with the heartwarming welcome remarks of the FCU ROTC Assistant Commandant 1lt NILO D LIBIANO (RES). Followed with the awarding ceremony of the Leadership, Honor Star, Duty, Loyalty, and Efficiency Medals to be given by the guest of honor and speaker PROF MARLON B OSITA, RCRIM, MSCJ And then the graduates were presented by Sgt Jordam D Leoro (Inf) PA, followed with the declaration of graduates by FCU Commandant CPT ROGER C IBAÑEZ PA (RES). Then the program proceeded with the Oath Taking of the Reservists.

Moving Forward, part two of the program then commenced; the Turn Over of Command. CDT COL CYVELL GAY DOROTEO 1CL delivered a thrilling message during his experiences in the ROTC Organization and then he abolished his duties and responsibilities while CDT MAJ ARNICE DALE A CELIZ 2CL assumed the duties and responsibilities of being a corps commander of the FCU ROTC UNIT S.Y. 2026-2027. The symbolic turn over of command by giving the sword from the outgoing corps commander to the incoming corps commander was then performed. After that, the guest of honor and speaker was introduced by CPT ROGER C IBAÑEZ PA (RES) followed by the inspiring message of PROF MARLON B OSITA, RCRIM, MSCJ. The program then concluded after the closing remarks of CPT ROGER C IBAÑEZ PA (RES) and the singing of Laang Kawal and the honoured song Pilipinas Kong Mahal.

In addition, we would like to express our deepest appreciation and sincerity to our 603rd CDC Director, MAJ NYRO B JIMENEZ (OS) PA for his precense; Commandant, CPT ROGER C IBAÑEZ PA (Res); Chief Clerk of the FCU ROTC UNIT, Sgt Jordam D Leoro (Inf) PA; Training Staffs, and GMAs for all of their support and guidance during our journey. On 181300H May 2026, the FCU ROTC Unit, under the supervision of CPT ROGER C IBAÑEZ PA (RES), Commandant, and Sgt Jordam D Leoro (Inf) PA, Admin NCO, together with the FCU ROTC Advanced and Basic Officers, participated as color guards during the Recognition Program of the College Of Teacher Education with the Theme “ 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗽𝘂𝗽𝘂𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗮 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝗮𝘆, 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘆”held at Roblee, Roxas Avenue, Roxas City, Capiz.

The cadets’ service stood as a living symbol of honor and patriotism, gracefully honoring the achievements of the awardees and making the recognition program a moment of inspiration and respect for all.
