𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗢 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀

The 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀' 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 welcomed its new members through an orientation and general meeting held on August 10, 2026.

The orientation served as an opportunity to welcome the new members and familiarize them with the PERO, its purpose, and its activities, discuss their rights and responsibilities as a member, and present the organization’s upcoming research activities for Academic Year 2026–2027. Members were also introduced to the different committees and respective roles, and the plans that will guide PERO’s initiatives throughout the academic year.

As new minds join the organisation, PERO looks forward to fostering curiosity, new knowledge, ideas and collaboration where research and innovation become actions. 🔎📚

Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion marked the Founder’s Day on August 7, 2026, at the San Lorenzo Event Center. The occasion welcomed the CPC community into a new academic year while commemorating the institution’s beginnings and the legacy of its founder, Msgr. Vicente M. Gonzales.

CPC Big Day 2026 stood as a celebration of both new beginnings and enduring heritage - welcoming another year of learning, growth, and possibilities while honoring the values and vision that continue to shape the CPC community. As a new chapter begins, the institution remains rooted in the legacy that has guided generations of Purisimians.

Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion officially kicked off the new school year with its annual General Orientation on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, bringing the student body together to set clear expectations and guidelines. The event was strategically divided into two sessions to cater to different student needs: freshmen and transferees gathered in the morning for a warm welcome and an introduction to campus life, while returning students assembled in the afternoon for a refresher on institutional standards as they step into their next academic level.

​Throughout both sessions, school administrators provided comprehensive briefings on CPC’s mission and vision, core policies, campus guidelines, and rules to be followed regarding academic expectations, attendance, security, and student conduct. They emphasized that these regulations serve as a vital framework to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment. Equipped with a clear understanding of these guidelines, Purisimans are now well prepared to navigate the upcoming term with confidence and excellence.

On July 30, 2026, the 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀' 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 attended the CASE General Assembly held at the Dr. Adolfo B. Bellosillo Auditorium (DABBA).

The event officially opened with an encouraging message from BSED English & Filipino Program Head, 𝘼𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙖 𝘿. 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖, 𝙇𝙋𝙏, 𝙋𝙝𝘿. This was followed by the presentation of the new CPC Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives, discussed by BEED Program Head and CASE Outreach Coordinator, 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝙅𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙮𝙣 𝘼𝙡𝙗𝙖, 𝙇𝙋𝙏, 𝙋𝙝𝘿.

To highlight the department's standing and success, CASE Faculty member 𝘽𝙝𝙚𝙖 𝙇𝙮𝙣 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙤, 𝙇𝙋𝙏 presented the CASE SPC and Organization Achievements. Shortly after, 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙀 𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙄𝙫𝙮 𝙂. 𝙂𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙩𝙖, 𝙇𝙋𝙏, 𝙋𝙝𝘿 presented the faculty members to help first-year students become familiar with their instructors and mentors.

The assembly also gave a spotlight to the CASE Student Pastoral Council (SPC) and Organization Officers, led by CASE Student Pastoral Council President 𝙑𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙅𝙤𝙚𝙛𝙧𝙚 𝘿𝙖𝙡𝙤, who discussed departmental policies, responsibilities, and upcoming activities.

The event concluded with an Open Forum for student questions and suggestions, followed by inspiring closing remarks from CASE Student Pastoral Council Adviser, 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘿𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙨, 𝙈𝙎𝙎𝘿. To wrap up the assembly with high energy, the 𝘽𝙋𝙀𝘿 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 led everyone in a lively Unity Dance.

This assembly successfully gathered students as one CASE department to unite, stay guided, and move forward into another active academic year!
