Dear Sofronians Mentors:
There may be moments when discouraging words and criticisms make us question the value of our efforts. Yet, let us remember that teaching is not merely a profession but a calling. Every lesson taught, every learner encouraged, and every sacrifice made contributes to shaping lives and building the future.
The impact of a teacher is often not immediately visible. Seeds of learning, character, and hope take time to grow. While others may focus on shortcomings, let us continue to focus on our purpose: serving our learners with excellence, compassion, and integrity.
Be encouraged that your work matters. The long hours of preparation, the patience you extend, and the care you show are not unnoticed. More importantly, God sees every act of service done with a sincere heart.
