Day 1 of our 3-day In-Service Training (INSET) 2026 is officially in the books! Today was a deep dive into the essentials of fostering a thriving learning environment. We explored:

✅ Effective Classroom Management: Creating spaces where students feel secure and ready to learn.
✅ Responsive Parent Engagement: Strengthening the vital partnership between home and school.
✅ Behavioral Intervention Strategies: Supporting every learner with empathy and evidence-based approaches.
✅ Child-Centered Instructional Practices: Ensuring our lessons are tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of our students.

It’s been a day of rich collaboration and renewed inspiration. We’re charging ahead to Day 2, ready to refine our craft for the learners we serve!
