Due to the threat of heavy rainfall and potential flooding, we are declaring an early dismissal of classes today, Monday, November 24, 2025. Students from all levels, in both public and private schools, will be dismissed at 12:00 Noon today.

Furthermore, as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of all, there will be no face to face classes tomorrow, Tuesday, November 25, 2025, all levels, both public and private schools.

🌍 CAPSU Dayao Satellite College Joins the Province-Wide Clean-Up Drive! 🌿

In support of the Provincial Environment and Consciousness Month and the CaTINLO: Capiz Matinlo Program, the all 4th year students of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Bachelor of Science in Fisheries of Capiz State University – Dayao Satellite College proudly participated in the simultaneous Clean-Up Drive and Waste Audit spearheaded by the Capiz Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (CaPENRO).

Together with communities across the province, we helped promote environmental awareness, cleanliness, and responsible waste management—one step closer to a cleaner and greener Capiz. 💚

Let’s continue fostering environmental stewardship and making positive change for our province! ✨🌱

We are thrilled to announce a major milestone in research and technology transfer! The utility model Anchovies Ice Cream developed by CAPSU Dayao researchers Dr. Janet V. Ledesma and Prof. Louella P. Dadivas of the Food Technology Program, together with Dr. Sebastian C. Caduco Jr. of the Criminal Justice Department, has been successfully granted Fairness Opinion Report and Written Recommendations from the Department of Science and Technology.

The journey from idea to product is a testament to the dedication of our faculty-researchers, the support of our CAPSU RDE, the effort of the IPMO-Tech Transfer Officers, and our technology adopters.

This is university research making a real-world impact!
