Academic Excellence Award for 2021-2022 Academic Year.

In recognition of the hard work and perseverance of our youth in their academics, Sangguniang Kabataan of Mianay will be giving cash incentives to selected awardees of Brgy. Mianay.

Sangguniang Kabataan Mianay will cater the first 60 qualified awardees.

Deadline of Submission will be on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 3:00 o'clock in the afternoon.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be a bonafide resident of Brgy. Mianay.

2. Must be enrolled in Senior High School or College (A.Y 2021-2022)

3. Award distinctions will be of the following: Honors, with High Honors, with Highest Honors, Deans' list and/or Academic Awardee, and Latin Honors, respectively.

4. Additional award distinction: not included in the roll of honors but has a General Weighted Average of at least 90 and above (must submit Transcript of Records)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proof of being a honor student (Award Certificate or Certificate of Recognition). If none, you may submit your Transcript of Records (TOR) showing an average of 90 and above.

2. Proof of residency (photocopied Brgy. ID signed by Brgy. Captain)

3. Recent school ID or school registration form (RF).

4. Long white folder.

Para makapasakop sa sini nga programa mag adto lng sa mga natungdan kag magdala sang mga masunod: Module, RF ukon School I.D. o anu man nga pamatuoran nga ikaw ga skwela sa sini nga tuig.

Magasugod ang pagpalista halin yanda nga lunes tubtub byernes.
