Entrance Exam Procedure for Basic Education and College (SY 2026-2027)

Step 1:

Step 2:
Obtain a registration slip from the Main Guidance and Counseling Center (at the main campus, in front of the AVCC), 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆).

Step 3:
Obtain a schedule of your Entrance Examination based on the available slots (𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆).

Step 4:
Payment of Entrance Examination fee at the Cashier's Office from 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆).

Present the registration slip during payment. Keep the receipt for future reference.

Step 5:
Once the examination date is confirmed, ensure you arrive on time. Present your receipt to the Guidance Office staff in-charge of the Entrance Examination.
Please bring the following items on the day of the examination:
- Black ballpen
- Pencil
- Any valid ID
- Entrance Examination fee receipt

Please ensure to complete all required steps for a smooth examination process.

Entrance examination will start on this April 2026 (every Wednesday and Saturday only) at the Technology Building (Annex Campus).

𝟭. 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁
Visit the Guidance and Counseling Center on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN & 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM) to register and secure your test schedule.

𝟮. 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺 𝗙𝗲𝗲
Proceed to the Cashier for payment (P350.00)

𝟯. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗔𝗧
Attend the exam on your scheduled date (February 7, 14, 21, and 28) and bring your payment receipt.
