Scholarship Announcement:
Attention: Graduates of Batch 2022 and 2023 who are Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Grantees that took the Licensure Examination.

Please accomplish the attached Letter of Availment Form (Annex 3) for the Disbursement of additional grant (TES 3-B). Submit your Letter of Availment including your supporting documents at the Student Affairs Services (SAS) on or before January 27, 2025, in the morning. On the letter of Availment , kindly edit the name of the regional director to the current regional director of CHED Region VI, RAUL C. ALVAREZ JR, CESO III. Also, these are the documents that must be included along with the letter of Availment, fastened in a long white folder. All supporting documents must be in original form.

The following students are requested to process their scholarship requirements on DECEMBER 19, 2024 (THURSDAY) from 9:00am to 12:00nn at the OFFICE OF THE STUDENT AFFAIRS (ALUMNI BUILDING).

PLEASE BRING 1 PC. 2X2 PICTURE, 5 PHOTOCOPIES OF VALIDATED SCHOOL ID with 3 specimen signature using bluepen and 5 PHOTOCOPIES OF REGISTRATION FORM (RF) for the SECOND SEMESTER, AY 2023-2024. BRING ORIGINAL RF AND 1 PHOTOCOPY OF GRADES FOR THE SAID SEMESTER.
