CAPSU SUC President III Dr. Efren L. Linan emphasizes unity and service for students and the community.

During his address, Dr. Linan underscored the institution’s unwavering commitment to putting service at the forefront for all students and the wider CAPSU community.

He acknowledged the strides made under the past administration, noting that while only the most essential and impactful accomplishments may be highlighted, the leadership’s focus remains on pushing boundaries to deliver even more value.

"We will work together now in the name of service para sa aton mga students," he stated, adding that the entire top management team is fully aligned – working collaboratively, standing united, and pursuing common goals and objectives to elevate the university’s mission and better serve everyone it touches.

CapSU Dayao Satellite College conducts a Pre-Opening Conference

Capiz State University (CapSU) Dayao Satellite College conducted a Pre-Opening Conference today at the university Training Center.

The event kicked off with an opening prayer, followed by the national anthem and Capiz Hymn, all presented on air. Followed by the delivery of welcome remarks by Dr. Nilo D. Delfin, Satellite College Director. While Dr. Efren L. Linan, CapSU SUC President III, delivered the university president’s address, outlining the institution’s vision and goals for the satellite college. The program then concluded with closing remarks from Dr. Mary Gene I. Panes, HRMP Designate.

The conference serves as a key milestone in the satellite college’s launch preparations, aiming to bring together university officials, faculty, staff, and students to discuss plans, share updates, and align on initiatives for the upcoming academic period.
