BE SAFE, BE AWARE, BE ALERT!!!

Fire Prevention Month, observed every March, serves as a crucial reminder of the importance of fire safety in protecting lives, homes, and communities.

It raises awareness about the risks of fire and the simple yet effective steps we can take to prevent it. During this month, individuals are encouraged to check their smoke detectors, ensure that fire extinguishers are easily accessible, and practice safe cooking and electrical habits.

People should also clear away dry leaves and debris around their homes, avoid overloading electrical outlets, and have an emergency plan in place for their families. By taking these proactive measures, we can significantly reduce the risk of fire and help protect ourselves and others from potential harm.
