Attention all CapSU Dayao Students:
You can now have your COVID-19 vaccination here in Roxas City even your not a residence of the City. Please bring you Validated School ID.
If you still don't have your ID, please get application form at the guard house so we can process your ID after 2 days upon submission of the application form. please wait for further announcement of issuance of School ID, we will still ask permission from the University President to allow students to enter the school to facilitate the faster processing of your school ID's so you can have your vaccination as soon as possible in preparation for the plan limited face to face classes
