Those who go outside Rosario and go to COVID-19 infected communities like Agoo, Caba, Sto. Tomas, Pugo and others, upon return to Rosario shall undergo a mandatory 14 day Strict Home Quarantine. This is implemented TO PROTECT THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF THE PEOPLE OF ROSARIO. We really do not know if these people bring home with them the deadly virus.

We in Rosario are COVID-19 FREE UP TO THIS TIME. And I intend and determined to MAKE IT COVID-19 FREE UNTIL THE END.

SO EVERYONE MUST COOPERATE AND FOLLOW THE RULES WE ARE IMPLEMENTING. WE ARE DEALING WITH LIFE HERE. LIFE IS PARAMOUNT. LIFE IS VERY PRECIOUS THAN ANY COMMODITY. BE SAFE!

Sa aming mga minamahal na magulang, huwag na po nating payagang lumabas ang ating mga anak except kung emergency..
