Those who go outside Rosario and go to COVID-19 infected communities like Agoo, Caba, Sto. Tomas, Pugo and others, upon return to Rosario shall undergo a mandatory 14 day Strict Home Quarantine. This is implemented TO PROTECT THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF THE PEOPLE OF ROSARIO. We really do not know if these people bring home with them the deadly virus.

We in Rosario are COVID-19 FREE UP TO THIS TIME. And I intend and determined to MAKE IT COVID-19 FREE UNTIL THE END.
