Alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council sa pamumuno ni Mayor Kuya Leovy Morpe at sa Department of Education Order No. 22 series of 2024 ay ipagpapaliban ang face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas sa pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Bayan ng Rosario sa halip ay ipatutupad ang Blended Distance Learning Modality at ang Work From Home (WFH) arrangement para sa mga kawani nito. Ito dahil sa umiiral na sama ng panahon dulot ng SOUTHWEST MONSOON ENHANCED BY TROPICAL CYCLONE
