1. Ang google form ay bukas mula 3pm- 7pm ngayong araw. Ito ay nangangailangan ng inyong email at mahahalagang impormasyon kagaya ng LRN. Siguraduhing sasagutan ang lahat ng required.

2. Tingnan mabuti ang pangalan ng inyong iboboto. may mga posisyon na kinakailangang 2 ang iboboto, piliin ang ninanais.

3. Idouble check ang inyong mga napili, hindi kinakailangang sa isang partylist lamang. Mag-isip at maging mautak, maging rational at hindi dahil kakilala lamang.

4. Kapag naisumite na ay pakiscreenshot, at isend sa inyong CLASS PRESIDENT kasama ang pangalan.
- Presidente, pakilista po ang lahat ng magsesend ng confirmation na sila ay nakaboto na.

5. Sino mang mahuling mandadaya ay papatawan ng karampatang kaparusahan.
