🌏 NATIONAL SIMULTANEOUS EARTHQUAKE DRILL 2026🚨

Safety starts with preparedness! ROSARIO INSTITUTE actively participated in the 2026 National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), with our dedicated faculty and staff, taking part in this important safety exercise.

Through this drill, our personnel strengthened their awareness and readiness on the proper actions to take before, during, and after an earthquake. It also provided an opportunity to practice our emergency procedures and reinforce our commitment to maintaining a safe and prepared school community.

Together, we Duck, Cover, and Hold —because being prepared today can help protect lives tomorrow. 🏫🤝

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 10

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 10, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro
📍 Oriental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
