Supervisory Visit: Guiding Directions and Reinforcing Commitments
We were privileged to receive our District Supervisor, Dr. Rolando B. Talon Jr., for a productive supervisory visit today, aimed at monitoring school operations, providing technical assistance, and aligning our efforts with departmental standards and priorities.
The activity opened with a meaningful Kumustahan session, where school head and personnel shared updates, current initiatives, and concerns. This open exchange allowed for constructive feedback, guidance, and mutual sharing of best practices to further enhance our service delivery and instructional performance.
A significant portion of the discussion focused on the Child Protection Policy, reiterating our mandatory duty to uphold the safety, well-being, and rights of every learner. Emphasis was placed on strict compliance with guidelines, ensuring that our school remains a safe, secure, and child-friendly space free from any form of harm, abuse, or discrimination.
Preparations and action plans for the upcoming Brigada Eskwela were also thoroughly reviewed. We highlighted the importance of mobilizing community support, engaging stakeholders, and working collectively to ensure that school facilities, grounds, and learning spaces are safe, clean, and fully ready for the opening of classes.
Additionally, Dr. Talon provided a comprehensive discussion on Inclusive Education, explaining its core principles, policies, and the departmentโs direction to ensure equitable access to quality education for all learners. This orientation deepened our understanding of the framework, guiding us on how we can better align our practices to support every childโs learning needs.
This visit serves as a vital reminder of our shared responsibility and commitment to quality, safe, and responsive education. We thank Dr. Talon for his invaluable guidance and continued support toward our schoolโs improvement and success.
