In line with Regional Memorandum No. 1513, s. 2025 of the Department of Education – Region VIII, Rosario Central Elementary School welcomed the monitoring and provision of technical assistance on the implementation of the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program through Lakbay-Aral.
The activity was conducted by the monitoring team headed by Sir Allan C. Acedera, PSDS of San Jose District to ensure effective implementation, review learner progress, and provide guidance for the continuous improvement of the program.
