"Despite their critical contributions, guidance counselors are often overburdened, under-resourced and under-recognized. One counselor may serve hundreds or even thousands of students. Some schools still treat guidance work as an administrative sideline rather than a professional specialty.
If we truly believe education is about forming whole, healthy human beings — not just producing high test scores — this must change."
-Atty Noel Estrada
THE LEGAL MIND | The quiet frontliners of our schools: Why guidance counselors matter more than ever
Atty. Estrada highlights the growing youth mental health crisis and reminds us that schools are on the frontlines — with guidance counselors playing a crucial role, and the call to act:

Continuing to grow, learn, and advocate for mental wellness!
Our Counseling Associates had the privilege of attending a Mental Health Conference with the Philippine Mental Health Association Lipa Batangas Chapter, together with our valued partners from HealSpace Psychological Clinic💚
Grateful for the opportunity to connect with fellow mental health professionals, gain new insights, and strengthen our commitment to providing compassionate and holistic support for the community. 🧠✨

In the spirit of Saint Joseph Marello, who taught us to “be extraordinary in ordinary things,” we welcomed our guests from Miriam College Nuvali for a benchmarking visit on our inclusive education practices.
We humbly acknowledge that we are not perfect. Our journey toward inclusion is still unfolding. Yet, grounded in faith and guided by our Josephite-Marellian charism, we strive each day to respond with compassion, attentiveness, and courage to the needs of every learner.
Inclusion is not a finished work, it is a daily act of love, presence, and service.
