DAY 2 OF INTRAMURALS: THE GAME INTENSITY CONTINUE

The excitement continued on Day 2 of the School Intramurals as student-athletes showcased their skills, teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship in a variety of competitive and recreational activities.

The day featured intense matches in Mixed Volleyball and 3x3 Basketball, where players battled for points while demonstrating discipline, coordination, and team spirit. Each game brought energy to the playing area as students gave their best effort in pursuit of victory.

Adding fun and excitement to the day were the Palarong Pinoy activities, particularly Dodge Ball and Sack Race. These traditional games provided students with an opportunity to enjoy friendly competition while developing agility, speed, coordination, and camaraderie.

The celebration culminated in the awarding of trophies, certificates, and medals to the deserving winners. The recognition honored not only their victories but also their dedication, perseverance, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

More than a competition, Day 2 of the Intramurals strengthened friendship, unity, and the spirit of fair play among the students. It was a day where every game became an opportunity to learn, compete, and celebrate the joy of sports.

The spirit of competition, camaraderie, and school pride came alive as Calantas National High School officially opened its School Intramurals 2026.

The celebration began with a spirited parade of students and teachers, setting the tone for two days of athletic excellence and unity.

The Oath of Sportsmanship was led by Krisha Erich Fronda, together with Mark Andrew Guno and Elisa Bianzon, DAAM participants, reminding every athlete that true victory is measured not only by the scoreboard, but also by integrity, respect, and fair play.

The Intramurals Torch was then lit by Mariz Jenica Ramos, DAAM Player 2025 and 3rd Placer in High Jump, symbolizing the burning passion, determination, and competitive spirit of every student-athlete.

Adding glamour and excitement to the opening celebration was the much-awaited Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2026, showcasing confidence, sportsmanship, and school spirit.

The competition officially kicked off with athletes battling it out in various events:
