The Rosales National High School Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) is currently conducting a safety and well-being monitoring initiative in response to the continuous rainfall caused by the southwest monsoon (habagat). This form aims to gather information on how learners and their families are affected, especially in terms of safety, accessibility, and overall well-being.

Your responses will help us coordinate with the school administration and concerned agencies to ensure that proper support and assistance are given when needed.
