📅 March 3–5, 2026

San Luis National High School proudly participated in the Training on Leadership for Campus Integrity Crusaders organized by the Department of Education – Divisions of Pangasinan II, Urdaneta City, and Alaminos City.

Representing the Junior High School, Integrity Crusaders Ian Sierra and John Kenneth Cruz attended the training under the guidance of their adviser, Mr. Robert M. Galamgam. From the Senior High School, Jomari Tabara and Erica Banggay actively joined the leadership training led by their adviser, Mr. Jay Mark Castro.

The three-day activity equipped student leaders with essential knowledge and skills in promoting integrity, accountability, and ethical leadership in school communities. Through collaborative discussions and leadership activities, the participants strengthened their commitment to becoming responsible advocates of honesty and transparency in their respective schools.

Indeed, the San Luisians Integrity Crusaders continue to uphold the values of leadership, integrity, and service as they inspire fellow students to build a culture of trust and responsibility in the school community. 💙✨

Yesterday, Tuesday, marked a meaningful moment as we proudly presented the Puso Notebook—a simple yet powerful symbol of love, purpose, and shared commitment. More than just a notebook, it represents a space where thoughts, prayers, reflections, and dreams can be written with sincerity and heart.

The presentation of the Puso Notebook reminded us that every story matters and every voice deserves to be heard. As we move forward, may this notebook inspire mindfulness, creativity, and deeper connections—serving as a constant reminder to write not only with our hands, but with our hearts. ❤️

Pangasinan II Schools Shine at 2025 CIC Recognition Rites; San Luis National High School Celebrates Community-Wide Triumph

San Luis National High School proudly stood among the honored institutions at the 2025 Campus Integrity Crusaders (CIC) Recognition Rites, held on November 20 at the Ombudsman Auditorium in Diliman, Quezon City. The event gathered school heads, advisers, and education leaders from across Pangasinan II, all united in their mission to cultivate a new generation of students who value honesty, accountability, and ethical leadership.

This year’s celebration carried special meaning for San Luis National High School as its very own San Luisians Integrity Crusaders, led by CIC Adviser Robert M. Galamgam, were recognized for their unwavering commitment to integrity-based programs and student empowerment. The team draws strength from the steadfast support of School Principal Dr. Emelita N. Soriano, whose leadership helps sustain a culture of transparency and responsibility on campus.

Equally instrumental is Head Teacher III Ma’am Chanda A. Catabona, whose consistent guidance has helped shape the school’s integrity initiatives into a thriving and collaborative movement.

Teachers, parents, and students have all played their part, proving that integrity work is—and must remain—a shared responsibility. For this reason, the recognition resonates far beyond a single adviser or office; it belongs to every San Luisian who upholds honesty in daily actions, decisions, and relationships.

But at the heart of this achievement lies a group of passionate, hardworking, and service-driven student leaders—the CIC Officers for S.Y. 2024–2025. Their dedication, creativity, and initiative breathe life into the school’s integrity programs, ensuring that the values of honesty and accountability are seen, heard, and practiced daily.

CIC EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Ymae Rose Verueco – CIC President
John Rey Z. Suaybaguio – CIC Vice President
Maechaella V. Cristobal – CIC Secretary
Hannah Samuel B. Valdez – CIC Treasurer
Krieza Mae Aquino – CIC Auditor
Justine Sardena – CIC PIO
Danilo G. Requito III – CIC PIO

CIC GRADE-LEVEL REPRESENTATIVES
Kisharayne Emasa – Grade 7 CIC Representative
John Kenneth Cruz – Grade 8 CIC Representative
Elaine D. Cabaral – Grade 9 CIC Representative
Marry Angel H. Viadnes – Grade 10 CIC Representative
Necole D. Cabaral – Grade 11 CIC Representative
Junel M. Oliveros – Grade 12 CIC Representative

Together, these officers help sustain the school’s legacy of integrity—organizing activities, leading campaigns, and modeling ethical behavior for their fellow students. Their passion amplifies the school’s commitment to shaping responsible citizens who value honesty in both words and actions. This recognition is a testament to their service, perseverance, and teamwork.

The highlight of the ceremony was the keynote address of Ombudsman Jesus Crispin C. Remulla, who spoke passionately about ethical leadership in education. Framing the mission of his office in three simple but powerful words—“Prosecution, promotion, prevention”—he reminded attendees that the fight against corruption begins long before an individual enters public service. It begins, he emphasized, in the country’s classrooms.

Challenging the education leaders present, he urged them to embed values into the heart of their school culture:
“Make integrity non-negotiable in your schools—not a slogan, not a poster. Support your advisers—give them room to lead. Sustain your programs—integrity is not built in one school year, it is built through generations.”

His message concluded with gratitude for those who continue to protect and teach the values that strengthen the nation:
“You are a big part of this fight. Thank you for your service. Thank you for choosing integrity even when it is easier not to.”

For San Luis National High School, the recognition serves as both an honor and a renewed challenge—to keep nurturing learners grounded in honesty, to empower advisers and teachers, and to remind the community that integrity is not merely taught, but lived.

In the end, the achievement belongs to the entire San Luis family—its leaders, advisers, teachers, parents, and most especially its passionate CIC Officers—proof that when a school stands together for what is right, it shines not only in ceremonies, but in the everyday actions of its people.
