Montfort Academy successfully concluded its INSET 2026 End-of-Term Block, a two-day professional development program held on September 14โ15, 2026, bringing together the schoolโs teaching and non-teaching personnel for sessions focused on instructional planning, technology integration, assessment, and classroom management.
Resource speakers supported the training by sharing their knowledge and expertise with the Montfortian educators.
Mr. Rogelio B. Candido Jr., Education Program Supervisor of SDO-Romblon, led the session on Lesson Plan Format, providing guidance on effective instructional planning.
Ms. Charry Prime P. Manzo, School Principal, facilitated sessions on DepEd Order No. 6, 2026 and Classroom Management, emphasizing the importance of creating safe, motivating, and supportive learning environments.
Meanwhile, Mr. Eric M. Talamisan, ICT Instructor, facilitated sessions on Integrating Educational Technology in Teaching and Learning and the Digital ClassPoint Application, highlighting practical ways technology can support more interactive and engaging classroom experiences.
The two-day program concluded as educators prepared for the 2nd Term and reaffirmed their commitment to continuous professional growth and meaningful learning experiences for every Montfortian learner.
