SAFETY SIMULATION DRILL: PREPARING FOR PEACE AND PROTECTION

Today, our school conducted a critical safety simulation drill focused on emergency response measures in the event of stabbing or shooting incidents within the campus.

This activity was expertly led by PCPT MARK ANTHONY P. ENCARNACION, Officer-in-Charge of Romblon Municipal Police Station.

The session aimed to properly orient and equip our learners with the right knowledge, proper actions, and presence of mind on what to do and how to respond safely should such alarming situations ever arise.

We extend our deepest gratitude to PCPT Encarnacion and the entire Romblon MPS team for prioritizing our school’s safety and for taking time to train our learners. Being prepared is our best defense!

OFFICIAL APPEAL FOR ASSISTANCE: CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL

Again we, the school community of Cajimos Elementary School, have formally submitted a Joint Resolution requesting financial assistance for the construction of a 65-meter drainage canal—to connect our school premises directly to the seawall of Barangay Cajimos.

We earnestly appeal to the PDRRMO Romblon, MDRRMO Romblon, and the Local Government Unit of Romblon to prioritize and support this project. This initiative is critical to prevent flooding, protect our school facilities, and most importantly, ensure the safety and well-being of every learner and staff in our school.

Your generous support will turn this urgent need into reality, and secure a safer learning environment for our children.

📢 1st General PTA Meeting Highlights

Cajimos Elementary School held its first General PTA Meeting on June 11, 2026, bringing together parents, teachers, school officials, and guests for a productive gathering.

After opening rites, welcome remarks, and inspirational messages from PSDS Joseph G. Menorca and Hon. Tony R. Rivera, the group tackled key agenda items: the school’s financial status and accomplishments for SY 2025–2026, PTA concerns, election of new officers, and orientations on the pupil handbook, new Three-Term Calendar, and revised grading system.

As a special initiative to show gratitude for their time and active support, the school also held a raffle draw for attending parents. This served as a simple token of appreciation, making the event more engaging while encouraging consistent participation in school activities.

The meeting reinforced the strong partnership between home and school, with everyone committed to working together for the welfare of every learner. Thank you to all who joined! 💙
