📢 ENROLLMENT ADVISORY 📢

ATTENTION: ALL CONTINUING STUDENTS (2ND YEAR TO 4TH YEAR)

Please be informed that the enrollment period for Continuing Students for the upcoming Academic Year will be from July 6–14, 2026.

All students are encouraged to complete the enrollment process within the scheduled dates to avoid inconvenience and delays. Kindly follow the official enrollment procedures carefully and prepare all necessary documents beforehand.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

1️⃣ Secure your Grades/Grade Slip from your respective Professors/Lecturers.
Submit your Grade Slip to the Registrar’s Office to obtain your Clearance Form and have it signed by the required signatories.

2️⃣ Once all required signatures have been completed, submit your signed Clearance Form to the Registrar’s Office and claim your Subjects to Enroll Slip.

3️⃣ Proceed to your respective Department to obtain your ROUTE FORM.
Fill out the necessary information and submit the accomplished ROUTE FORM to your Department for verification. Please wait for the release of your Certificate of Registration (COR).

4️⃣ Upon receiving your Certificate of Registration (COR), proceed to the Cashiering Unit and wait for your turn in the queue.

5️⃣ Submit your COR to the Registrar’s Office to officially complete your enrollment.

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• Ensure that all required signatures and documents are complete before proceeding to the next step.
• Students are advised to follow proper order and observe discipline during the enrollment process.

The IT Department is pleased to announce the conduct of the Qualifying Assessment for Academic Year 2026-2027. This assessment is mandatory for all passers of the RSU Admission Test under the following program:

✅Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

✅Date: June 18, 2026 (Thursday)
✅Time: 8:00 AM
✅Venue: RSU – San Fernando Campus, IT DEPARTMENT (Rooms 28A, and Faculty Room)

✅All participants are required to wear formal attire.

One of the highlights of Campus Week will happen on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 23, 2025! Make sure to be active as early as possible because Registration starts at 4:00 o'clock in the morning!

For participants coming from 𝐂𝐎𝐂𝐀 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, the starting line will take place at 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 while for participants coming from 𝐀𝐌𝐌𝐄 and 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐨 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, the starting line will take place at 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐨, 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐨
