Open letter to Del Pilar and to everyone who built this family,
First of all, to Ma'am Phinn who worked hard and gave us her all, Thank you very much! Know that your efforts and actions are seen and valued. And honestly, I couldn't ask for more. I am forever grateful to have you in my life.
To Ma'am Mary Rose, thank you for being in my life. Thank you for everything you've done. You will always be loved and appreciated. Padayon!
I'm not really fond to showing what I feel to a single person, what more to a whole group of people. But at this very moment, I realized something, being vulnerable and showing emotions are the ones that connects people with each other. And I am beyond grateful that Del Pilar became my refuge in my darkest days and sorrowful nights. I really want this to express in private, but you deserve to be known. Each and everyone of you is deserving of love, sincerity, respect and every great thing that this world can ever give. Thank you for existing.
Your lives definitely made a difference in not just one but countless lives, and I am delightful to know that I am one of those people. Your voices matter, so are your thoughts and simply who you really are. Thank you for being you, I learned to show who the real me is.
It's okay to be vulnerable, to show emotions, to cry, to say things such as; "I'm sad," "I'm not comfortable," or "I don't like their actions towards me." Whatever emotion it is, it's valid. You are valid. And feeling those things and crying about it doesn't make you less of who you are, it makes you more of who you are.
I certainly know that each and everyone of you holds a bright future. Never let anyone's words shatter you down to pieces and make you think to yourself if you're even worthy of a single good thing. You deserve real happiness and so does success. And you will achieve it. Believe in yourself.
You'll soon be free from everything that's holding you back from being more and better for yourself. Kaya niyo 'yan, Del Pilar. Lagi't-lagi.
