📌 MAHALAGANG PAUNAWA PARA SA ENROLLMENT AT ORIENTATION
Ipinaaalala po sa lahat na ang magulang o legal guardian ang mandatory o dapat na umattend sa ating orientation.
Sakaling hindi makakadalo ang magulang o legal guardian, ang sinumang magiging kinatawan (representative) ay kinakailangang magdala at magpakita ng mga sumusunod:
✔️ Sulat mula sa magulang na nagpapahintulot sa kinatawan (may kasamang pirma).
✔️ Kopya ng Valid ID ng magulang o legal guardian.
Ang hindi makakapagdala ng mga requirements na ito ay maaaring hindi muna payagang makilahok sa orientation.

To maintain a safe, respectful, and conducive learning environment, Wawa National High School strictly adheres to an appropriate dress code for all students, parents, and visitors entering the school premises.

Please be guided by the following attire standards:

✅ APPROPRIATE (ANGKOP)
Collared blouses with sleeves
Knee-length or long dresses with sleeves
Knee-length or long skirts
Jeans, slacks, or knee-length pants
Polo shirts or office wear
T-shirts or long-sleeved shirts

❌ INAPPROPRIATE (DI-ANGKOP)
The school may prohibit entry to any person wearing the following:
Spaghetti straps, tubes, or tank tops
Sleeveless or plunging necklines
Sando or anything without sleeves
Short skirts or hanging tops
Short shorts or anything above the knee
Low waist pants or ripped jeans

🗓️ ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE
MAY 18
Grade 7: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Grade 8: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

MAY 19
Grade 9: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Grade 10: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

MAY 21
Returning Students (Balik-Aral), Repeater & Transferees: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

📝 ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
STEP 1: Registration & Attendance (c/o Registrar)
Present the original and photocopy of the following documents:
*Report Card (Form 138)
*PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (if applicable)
*Good Moral Certificate (for Transferees)

STEP 2: Orientation
Briefing on School Policy and Guidelines.
Signing of the "Kasunduan" (Agreement) between the school, parent/guardian, and the learner.
Submission of the signed form to the Guidance Advocate on duty.

Note: Parents may exit through the 2nd Gate after this step.

STEP 3: Enrollment
Students will proceed to the Principal-Led Building (Right Side).
Assigned teachers will receive and check your requirements.

STEP 4: Confirmation of Enrollment
Return to STEP 1 for the final confirmation by the Enrolling Officer.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS
NO REPORT CARD, NO ENROLLMENT. Students who have not yet claimed their cards may visit the Registrar on May 20.

STRICTLY NO PARENT/GUARDIAN AND STUDENT, NO ENROLLMENT. Both must be present to sign the required agreements.

Please bring a long brown envelope and your own ballpen.

Observe the Proper Dress Code (for Learners: White polo/shirt and pants for males; white blouse/shirt and skirt for females).
