The journey was filled with challenges, but we faced each one head-on, learning and growing along the way. Reflecting on the journey of Lent, as we begin this season of repentance and renewal.

As we receive the ashes on our foreheads today, we are reminded of our humanity and the fleeting nature of life. Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, a time for reflection, repentance, and renewal. It calls us to turn inward, examining our hearts, and to turn outward, showing kindness and compassion. As we walk through these 40 days, let us embrace the opportunity for spiritual growth, self-discipline, and deepening our relationship with God. May this season bring us closer to the love, grace, and redemption that is offered through Christ.
