ever wondered why the philippines experiences long periods of rain? 🌦️ monsoon rainfall is caused by seasonal winds called monsoons, which change direction depending on the season. these winds bring warm, moist air that can result in heavy and prolonged rainfall. 🌬️🇵🇭
