Category D learners or Grade 10 completers who are ESC grantees are automatically eligible to participate in the SHS Voucher Program and are not required to submit the Notarized Affidavit of Financial Capacity and proof of financial capacity. Please read the announcement on the documentary requirements to be submitted by Category D learners upon application to participating private senior high schools.

Category B (Grade 10 completers from public junior high schools except those in ALS or PEPT, belonging to poor to middle-middle) and Category D (Grade 10 completers who are ESC grantees) learners are required to apply directly to a Senior High School (SHS) participating in the SHS Voucher Program (SHS VP) in SY 2026-2027.

For learners under Category E (Non-ESC, Grade 10 completers from private schools), application is through the Online Voucher Application Portal (ovap.peac.org.ph).

Announcement on the SHS Voucher Program Application

The application for the SHS Voucher Program for incoming Grade 11 students in SY 2026-2027 will open soon.

Please be informed that the Department of Education, through Department Order No. 11, s. 2026, instituted some changes on the eligibility of applicants starting SY 26-27. You may access the full text of DO 11 through this link: https://www.deped.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/DO_s2026_011r.pdf.

In preparation for the opening of the online application, the PEAC is issuing preliminary information to guide learners and parents as to who are eligible, what are the categories of applicants, where to apply based on the category, how to apply through Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP), and what documents need to be submitted (Step 5).

We shall announce the opening of the application via OVAP as soon as DepEd releases the application timeline.

Students who have already received an email notification regarding the availability of their class schedules may now access their Registration Forms through their respective AIMS Student Accounts.

• Assignment of schedules and sections shall be implemented on a first come, first served basis.
• Only students who have fully complied with the required admission documents (Report Card, Good Moral Character Certificate, and Completion Certificate/Diploma) and have paid the required initial admission fees shall be eligible for class schedule issuance.
