SCHEDULE OF ENROLLMENT FOR SECOND SEMESTER SY 2025-2026

FOR REGULAR STUDENTS:
1. Accomplished Clearance must be submitted (by your class president or representative) at the Office of the Registrar.
2. Check / monitor your grades. Please make sure all of the subjects are completely encoded. If not, do not proceed on your enrollment yet. You may ask your professor(s) about your grades.
3. If your grades are completely encoded, you may now proceed on your enrollment. Please refer on the schedule posted.
FOR IRREGULAR STUDENTS:
1. Accomplished Clearance, Prospectus/Evaluation of Grades & Approved Adviser's Slip (signed by the College Dean) must be presented at the Office of the Registrar to process your enrollment. Lack of requirements will not be entertained.
2. Adviser's Slip will be available at the Office of the Registrar.
3. Strictly follow the schedule of your enrollment.
