Education Requirements: Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) or Bachelors degree plus 18 professional units in Education.

Experience Requirements: 1-year relevant experience
Training Requirements: None required

Eligibility Requirements: RA 1080 (Teacher)

2. All interested applicants shall submit the hard copy of the following documents to the School Personnel Selection Board (SPSB) on or before December 23, 2024:

a. Letter of intent (addressed to DR. DOLORES R. DELA CRUZ, School Head. Kindly include the position you are applying for.
b. Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS Form 212 Revised 2017) and Work Experience Sheet.
c. Photocopy of the 3 Performance Ratings for the last 3 rating period
d. Photocopy of the latest Transcript of Records
e. Proof of Outstanding Accomplishments (Outstanding Employee Award, Innovations, Research and Development Projects, Publications/Authorship and Consultant/Resource Speakership)
f. Certificates of relevant Seminars/Trainings attended.
