All interested applicants may submit their documents to the Office of the School Head.

Applicants must submit the following requirements:👇
1. Letter of Intent or Letter of Application addressed to the Head of Office;
2. Duly accomplished PDS (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) in two copies with the latest 2x2 pictures;
3. Certified photocopy of valid and updated PRC License/ ID;
4. Certified photocopy of Eligibility or Ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET)
5. Certified True copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma
6. Photocopy of Certificate of Employment (COE), service record, performance rating, and school clearance for those with teaching experience from a private school
7. Certificate of Special Training, if any;
8. Certified copy of Voter's ID or any proof of residency;
9. NBI Clearance;
10. Checklist of Requirements and Omnibus Certification of Authenticity and Veracity of the documents submitted, signed by the applicants, and notarized by authorized officials.

Hinihikayat po ang lahat ng mga mag-aaral na papasok sa darating na School Year 2023-2024 sa Kindergarten at Grade 1 na magpalista na mula Mayo 10 hanggang Hunyo 9, 2023.
Dalhin po ang kopya ng kanilang PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
Makipag-ugnayan lamang po sa pamunuan ng Kaunlaran Elementary School para sa early registration.
Mahalagang paalala na ang mga papasok na Grades 2 to 6 ay pre-registered na at hindi na kailangang mag-early registration.
