Ngayong ika-12 ng Hunyo, ating ginugunita ang ika-128 anibersaryo ng pagpapahayag ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas—isang mahalagang yugto sa ating kasaysayan na sumisimbolo sa katapangan, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan.

Nawa'y patuloy nating pahalagahan ang kalayaang ipinaglaban ng ating mga bayani at maging inspirasyon ito upang maging responsableng mamamayan at mabuting halimbawa sa ating kapwa.
Mabuhay ang sambayanang Pilipino! Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! 🇵🇭

Earlier today, our school successfully conducted the General Parents’ Orientation followed by the First Homeroom Parents-Teachers Association (HRPTA) Meeting and Election, with the active participation of parents and guardians from ALS, Kindergarten to Grade 6.

The activity was smoothly facilitated with the assistance of our teachers and personnel, ensuring an organized and meaningful engagement with all stakeholders.

Alinsunod sa Proclamation No. 1287, s. 2026 na nilagdaan ng Malacañang, idinedeklara ang araw ng Huwebes, Hunyo 11, 2026, bilang Special (Non-Working) Day sa buong Lalawigan ng Rizal bilang pagdiriwang ng Ika-125 na Taong Anibersaryo ng Pagkakatatag ng Lalawigan.

Dahil dito, suspendido ang mga klase sa lahat ng antas sa ating paaralan.

Hinihikayat ang lahat na gamitin ang araw na ito upang gunitain at ipagdiwang ang mayamang kasaysayan, kultura, at mga tagumpay ng ating minamahal na Lalawigan ng Rizal.

Our school proudly shares the successful conduct of the Readiness Monitoring and Evaluation in preparation for the Opening of Classes for School Year 2026–2027 led by SDO Rizal EPS - Mathematics; Sir Percival F. Halili.

He was joined by Dra. Liza and Nurse Farah, whose expertise and support helped ensure that all essential aspects of school operations; particularly learning readiness, facilities, and health and safety standards are in place.

This collaborative effort highlights our commitment to creating a safe, well-prepared, and learner-friendly environment as we welcome our students for the new academic year.

The Child Protection Committee of Francisco P. Felix Elementary School Unit I reminds all members of the school community that every child has the right to feel safe, respected, and protected at all times.

Commitment of the School:
The institution upholds a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where all learners are valued, heard, and cared for.

Zero Tolerance Policy:

•The school strictly prohibits the following:
•Child abuse and exploitation
•Violence and bullying (including peer abuse)

•Corporal punishment
•Any degrading or harmful acts

Scope of the Policy:

This child protection policy applies to all learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, parents, visitors, and stakeholders, including activities conducted both inside and outside the school, as well as online interactions.

Examples of Prohibited Acts:

•Physical harm such as hitting, pushing, or pinching
•Public humiliation and verbal abuse
•Threats, intimidation, or harassment
•Spreading rumors or social exclusion
•Cyberbullying
•Denying basic needs as a form of punishment

Guiding Principles:
•Upholding the best interest of every child
•Promoting positive and non-violent discipline
•Ensuring confidentiality and respect
•Encouraging learner participation and voice

Reporting and Support:

Concerns or incidents may be reported to the Class Adviser, Guidance Designate, School Head, or any Child Protection Committee (CPC) member.

All concerns are addressed with confidentiality, urgency, and proper care.

Shared Responsibility:

The school CPC emphasizes that maintaining a safe environment is a collective effort. Everyone is encouraged to actively promote:
