Strengthening Partnerships for Skills Development

AR Technical Training and Assessment Center Inc. proudly announces the successful signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Sir Myrvin Ramales, Administrator of AR Technical Training and Assessment Center Inc., and Barangay Captain Rogelio G. Pascua of Barangay Burgos, Alicia, Isabela for the implementation of the Mobile Training Program in Dressmaking NC II under TESDA.

Also in the photo is Ms. Mary Rose Tamang, our TESDA-accredited Trainer, who will help ensure the quality delivery of the training program.

This initiative is made possible through the allocation of Hon. Ian Paul Dy, Representative of the 3rd District of Isabela, whose support has helped bring this opportunity closer to the community.

With the MOA officially signed, AR Technical Training and Assessment Center Inc. is now ready to launch the first batch of the Mobile Training Program in Dressmaking NC II. We look forward to equipping our beneficiaries with valuable skills that can lead to employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods.

Together, we are creating more opportunities through accessible, community-based technical education.
