This is a reminder to the students listed below who have yet to comply with the following requirements. Kindly submit the documents below to the Office of the Student Services at your earliest convenience:

✅ Photocopy of your LBP account
✅ Photocopy of your Student ID (with signature)

Those who have already submitted a photocopy of their ID are requested to proceed to the Office of the Student Services to affix their signature. And for those who have not yet submitted their Photocopy ID must ensure that it includes their signature before submitting it.

To all TES (Batch 1 & 2) grantees, please be informed that you are required to:

✅ Provide Certificate of Registration (COR) and stamp the COR with certified true copy (CTC) from Registrar Office.

📌Deadline for Submission:
February 20, 2026, FRIDAY (TES)

📍 Student Services Office

This requirement is necessary for the verification and processing of your TES grant. Kindly ensure that you submit the document on or before the deadline to avoid any delays in the disbursement of your subsidy.

All listed grantees are REQUIRED to attend the TES Orientation on:

⏰ 9:00 AM

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
✅ Bring your Certificate of Registration (COR) stamped "ENROLLED" by the Office of the Registrar.
✅ Your COR must be printed on one long-sized bond paper.
