Beneficiary / Grantee:
A bona fide resident of the Province of Isabela who falls under any of the following criteria:
✅ Graduate of Senior High School who is either:
A member of a small or marginalized farming family as listed in the DA RSBSA, or those with two (2) hectares or below farmland — check the list here:

Wala pa pong requirements na kokolektahin sa ngayon.
Profiling Form muna ang ipapasa.
Hintayin ang official list na ivavalidate ng PYDO.
Kapag nasama sa listahan, saka lamang magsusumite ng online application form at magpapasa ng requirements sa araw na itatalaga ng PYDO para sa interview at validation.

❓ Para po ba ito sa new application lang, o pati renewal?
✅ Pareho po. Kailangang magpa-profile ang new scholars at renewal scholars, basta nasa masterlist.
❓ Pwede po ba kahit hindi first year?
✅ Opo. Open po ito sa lahat ng college levels.
❓ Paano po kami na kabilang sa Expanded?
✅ Pwede na po kayong mag-direct apply sa araw na itatalaga ng PYDO para sa submission, interview, at validation.
❓ Paano po kami na nagpasa na sa LYDO Office?
✅Magpasa po ulit kayo ng new profiling form sa LYDO.
