DR. CLIFF CHARLZON F. PATIL-AO: FROM TOP-NOTCHER MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST TO LICENSED PHYSICIAN

A journey of excellence, perseverance, and dedication defines the remarkable story of Dr. Cliff Charlzon F. Patil-ao, who recently passed the Physician Licensure Examination.

Before earning the title “Doctor,” Dr. Patil-ao first made his mark in the field of medical technology, where he graduated with excellence and brought pride by an outstanding achievement in the January 2022 Licensure Examination for Medical Technologists, where he earned the distinction of being a Top 9 Topnotcher in the country. Motivated by his passion to serve and heal, he pursued further studies and graduated Doctor of Medicine from St. Louis University on May 31, 2024.

His commitment to his profession continued to shine during his post-graduate internship at the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, which he completed on July 31, 2025. His dedication and exceptional performance earned him the recognition as the Most Outstanding Post-Graduate Intern in Psychiatry Department.

Now, as he officially joins the ranks of the country’s licensed physicians, Dr. Cliff Charlzon F. Patil-ao stands as an inspiration to many—proving that determination, humility, and hard work truly pave the way to success. His journey is a testament to excellence and a beacon of hope for aspiring medical professionals who dream of making a difference in the field of medicine.
