☔🌧 RAIN OR SHINE, WE PLAYED JUST FINE! 🌧☔

The QUIRINO DISTRICT PALARO 2025 held last September 26–27 may have been soaked in rain, but definitely not in low spirits! 💪⚡ Despite the gloomy skies, every whistle blown and every game played brought sunshine smiles to our players’ faces. 🏀⚽🏐

Our athletes were honored by the presence of LD 5 Board Member King Dy, Municipal Mayor Edward D. Juan and Vice Mayor Victor Emmanuel Callangan, whose inspiring words fueled their determination to play with heart and pride and to give their very best. They reminded ☔🌧 RAIN OR SHINE, WE PLAYED JUST FINE! 🌧☔

From soaked sneakers to splashing victories, the games went on — proving that true athletes don't just chase medals, they chase moments. 🏃‍♂️✨

Quirino District bags awards at LD 5 PAMMADAYAW 2025; secures tickets at the forthcoming Division Level Search

Clad from the 8 towns of the Legislative District 5 of Isabela namely; Quirino, Burgos, Quezon, Mallig, Roxas, San Manuel, Aurora, and Luna, with the best representatives among non-teaching personnel, teachers, school heads and schools both in the elementary and secondary, a total of 10 awards were snatched by Quirino District during the LD5 PAMMADAW 2025 at San Manuel Central School, San Manuel,Isabela, June 24.

Out of the said recognitions, 6 entries of the district namely; Most Outstanding Non-Teaching Level II, Most Outstanding Teacher( Public Secondary), Most Outstanding Master Teacher ( Public Secondary), Most Outstanding Department Head, Best Performing School ( Public Elementary) and Best Performing School ( Public Secondary) secured spots at the forthcoming Division Level Search.

Dr. Jun Jun G. Ringor, PSDS of Quirino District, congratulated the district reps as they carried with pride the best of Quirino.

" Congratulations to the following who braved themselves to shine the brightest in the LD 5 PAMMADAYAW. You truly are our brightest rays as Quirino shines" he added.

Furthermore, the said awards were clear testaments of hardwork, sacrifice, love and passion of Quirinian DepEd Employees towards achieving quality education among learners.

This year’s search aimed at appreciating the contributions, innovations, passion, and dedication of all teaching and non-teaching personnel and schools in the continuous delivery of quality education for all Isabelino learners.

Aiming at bringing educational support and gearing towards reinventing life connections to the last mile schools of DepEd Quirino DIstrict, Dr.Rachel R. Llana, CESO V, Schools Division Superintendent, led the debut of the Project RRL-CARES (Reinventing Real-Life Connections,Advocacies, Responses and Educational Support) in Quirino District through the Kape’t Bahay Engagement among pupils and students, teaching and non-teaching personnel, school heads, and Quirino Federated Officers, January 22.

The said undertaking composed of the top officials of the division namely; Dr. Rachel R. Llana, CESO V, Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Mary Julie A. Trus, CESO VI, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Wilma C. Bumagat, CESO VI, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Curriculum and Implementation Division through Dr. Maritess B. Baquiran, School Governance and Operations Division steered by Dr. Jesus D. Antonio, Local Government Unit-Quirino, Isabela led by Mayor Edward D. Juan duly represented by Mrs. Celina R. Acob, Municipal Administrator, DepEd-Quirino District through Dr. Jun Jun G. Ringor, Public Schools District Supervisor and Federated PTA Officers spearheaded by Mr. Novelito Cerdeniola, respectively.

During the ceremony at Villa Cacho Integrated School, SDS Llana emphasized the importance of strengthening the power of school heads, teachers, parents, and community stakeholders toward effective implementation of the curriculum. “ 𝑻𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒂𝒏 𝒅𝒊𝒏 𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒌𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒖𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒈𝒂 𝒑𝒂𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒕’𝒔 𝒂𝒏 𝒆𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒂𝒇𝒆 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕” Llana added.

Furthermore, the teaching and non-teaching personnel, school heads, and Quirino Federated SPTA Officers had insightful sharing about school-related concerns and issues through the focus group discussion mentored by the SDO-Isabela’s top officials.

School visitations at Luna-Suerte Elementary School, Villa Miguel Elementary School, Sta. Catalina Elementary School, Santiago Elementary School and Sto. Domingo Integrated School and distribution of grocery packs, shoes, and other learning materials for Kindergarten to Grade 10 in Villa Cacho Integrated School were also initiated by SDO-Isabela’s top officials.

Ikaapat na taong patuloy na inaabot, inaalam ang kalagayan ng mga “last-mile school” para iparamdam na kahit malayo’y malapit sila sa puso ng SDO-Isabela.

𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙤
Batid natin na hindi lahat ng mga paaralan ay nasa pusod ng siyudad. Marami sa mga ito ang matatagpuan sa mga liblib na sitio at mga bundok. Ang ilan sa ating mga g**o ay kailangan maglakbay ng kilo-kilometro, tumawid sa mga ilog at akyatin ang mga bundok para maghatid ng kaalaman sa mga mag-aaral. Dahil sa layo ng mga paaralang ito, sila madalas ang hindi napapansin, napag-iiwanan at hindi agad natutugunan ang pangangailangan.

𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙩 𝙨𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙤
Mapalad ang mga paaralan sa SDO -Isabela sapagkat may programang inilunsad upang maglapit sa mga malalayo. Ang mga piling paaralan ng Quirino sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Dr. Jun-Jun G. Ringor ay naging bahagi sa distritong napili upang isagawa ang “Kape’t Bahay” ngayong taong kasalukuyan.

Ang Kape’t Bahay mula sa 𝙍𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡-𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙤 𝙍𝙍𝙇 𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙀𝙎 ay proyektong inilunsad sa pangunguna ng Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Rachel R. Llana upang ilapit ang puso at buhay ng SDO Isabela sa mga paaralan.

Gayundin, magiging tulay ito upang malaman ang mga pangangailangan ng bawat paaralan mula sa mga imprastraktura, pakinggan ang mga hinaing ng mga g**o, at mapalakas ang mga programang magbebenipisyo lalo’t higit ang mga mag-aaral. Pinagtitibay din ng programang ito ang pagbibigay ng mga gawain at serbisyo para sa mga g**o at mag-aaral, ugnayan ng paaralan at barangay gayundin ang g**o at magulang, masuri ang kasalukuyang kalagayan ng pagtuturo at pagkatuto.
Ang mga layuning ito ng nasabing proyekto ay buong-buong inihandog ng SDO-Isabela sa mga paaralang kabilang sa Kape’t Bahay sa Quirino.

𝘽𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙖 𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙩-𝙡𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙩
Laking pasasalamat ng bawat paaralang kabilang sa RRL CARES sa distrito ng Quirino na kinabibilangan ng Villa Miguel Elementary School sa pamumuno ni Ma’am Wilma C. Batarra, Sta. Catalina Elementary School at kanilang punong g**o na si Sir Edwin S. Dannug, Villa Cacho Integrated School sa pangunguna ni Sir Sonny T. Dalit , Santiago Elementary School at Sto. Domingo Integrated School at kanilang mga punong g**o na sina Ma’am Pag-ibig R. Buguina at Sir Eduardo A. Vinoya dahil sa binigay na tulong teknikal ng mga kinatawan ng SDO Isabela para sa mga g**o, magulang, mag-aaral at mga lider ng bawat barangay.

Sa pag-iikot ng buong pwersa nina Dr. Llana, kanilang nalaman na agad din na natutugunan ang ilang pangangailangan lalo sa pisikal ng mga paaralan sa Quirino dahil sa suporta ng mga magulang at opisyales ng barangay. Gayundin ang tulong mula sa LGU-Quirino sa pamumuno ni Hon. Edward D. Juan. Kung saan aniya,kitang-kita ang pagmamahal ng mga lider sa bayan dahil sa mga silid-aralang naipatayo, solar lights, at iba pang mga proyektong kasalukuyang binubuo na pakikinabangan ng g**o at mag-aaral.

Katulad ng adhika ng tagline na “sa SDO Isabela at home ka” Ang patuloy na pagsuong sa unos ng pagsubok ngunit sa huli’y napagtatagumpayan ay hindi lamang sa isip at kakayahan ng mga g**o. Malaking tulong ang mga programang ipinatutupad na handang umalalay sa bawat isa, handang mag-abot ng kamay at magparamdam na malayo man tayo sa isa’t isa ay may handing umalalay at maglapit katulad ng proyektong RRL CARES.

Tonight, on the occasion of the Educators' Night 2024 sponsored by the LGU Quirino, Isabela, the district utility vehicle was officially turned-over...a brand new Toyota GL Grandia!

On behalf of DepEd Quirino District, led by our PSDS Sir Jun Jun Ringor, we would like to incredibly express our sincerest gratitude to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of the Municipality of Quirino, Isabela under the leadership of our Local Chief Executive, the visionary man of action, Hon. Mayor Edward D. Juan, for their generous contribution of an essential vehicle to Quirino District. Truly, this van will help us provide more efficient services to our learners. Thank you, Mayor, for this much-needed van!
