On February 18, 2026, We enter the sacred season as we observe Ash Wednesday

"Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return." — Genesis 3:19

As the sign of ashes is placed upon our foreheads, we are reminded of our humanity, our need for grace, and God's unfailing mercy. This holy day invites us into a season of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving—a time to pause, reflect, and realign our hearts with God's will.

May this Ash Wednesday mark the beginning of a meaningful Lenten journey, filled with sincere repentance, deeper faith, and renewed hope as we walk humbly towards spiritual growth.

Today, February 14, 2026, we celebrate more than just Valentine’s Day — we celebrate connection, kindness, and the beauty of caring for one another. Love lives in the laughter shared with friends, the support of family, and the simple gestures that brighten someone’s day.

It doesn’t have to be excessive. Sometimes, love is a sincere compliment, a helping hand, or simply being present for someone who needs you. In a world that can feel busy and overwhelming, choosing kindness is one of the most powerful things we can do.

May your day be filled with genuine smiles, warm hugs, and moments that remind you how deeply you are valued. From the AdU-BED NCAT Family, we wish you a day flowing with love and happiness.
