Substance abuse impacts not only physical health but also emotional well-being, relationships, and communities. This seminar aims to break the stigma surrounding addiction and recovery while empowering the EAC community to make better, healthier choices.

It has come to our attention that there have been reported incidents involving individuals impersonating EAC faculty members and school personnel, attempting to arrange in-person meetings with learners outside official school channels. These incidents pose serious safety risks.

We strongly remind all learners to remain vigilant and exercise caution. 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀:

✅ Always verify the authenticity of any social media profile or message before engaging.

✅ Never agree to unsolicited or suspicious requests for personal meetings, especially those sent via unofficial social media accounts, messaging apps, or unfamiliar contact numbers.

✅ Immediately report any unusual or suspicious messages claiming to be from faculty members or school personnel to the Office of Student Affairs or your school administration.
