Creating smiles, fostering dreams - our outreach program was successful as we provided deworming and blood typing services to the children at Concordia Children’s Services, Inc. Simple gifts wrapped with our genuine love, thoughtfulness, and warm wishes were given to these wonderful children.

Lastly, we would like to extend our gratitude to the Association of Emilian Medical Students - AEMS and Doc Mondragon for making this event possible.

2️⃣ Confidence: Feeling fresh and clean boosts your confidence. When you feel good, you perform better academically and in your interactions with peers and patients.

3️⃣ Health: Good hygiene practices prevent the spread of illnesses, protecting both you and those around you.

💡 Tips for Good Hygiene:

🚿 Personal Hygiene: Regularly shower, brush your teeth, and maintain clean, well-groomed hair.

🌸 Skin Care: Keep your skin clean and moisturized to prevent issues like acne or dryness.

Good Day, Doctors!

Focus mode: ON!

The exams are approaching, but so is our determination to succeed. However, fear and overwhelm can make us freeze, and starting a simple task can be deemed tricky so, if you haven't started yet, just start that small first step counts. Focus on that step and not all the other tasks that are to be done. Trust yourself; you know more than you think.

Before anything else, preparation is the key to success. We will have a few days to keep going and do our best. It is important to remember a saying by Thomas A. Edison, "Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."

Don't give up and try just one more time! Let's do this!
